Training Services

Advocacy Support Cymru recognises the vital role that Training plays in maintaining an effective, up to date and competent service for people.  In order to facilitate this we have a dedicated Training Officer, who as an experienced Mental Health worker, qualified IMHA and City and Guilds assessor, can provide training for our own staff.

We are also happy to provide Information and Awareness Raising sessions to a wide range of other organisations and groups, including service users and professionals.

ASC works in Partnership with Cardiff & Vale College to provide the City and Guilds Certificate in Independent Advocacy.

We may also be able to provide other sorts of bespoke training related to Advocacy and Mental Health.

If you have any queries about our training provision we would be happy for you to contact us.
