Tell us what you think

In order for us to offer an excellent service, it is vital that we know what people think about our services.

There a number of ways that you can tell us.

  • Download an Evaluation Form and return it to us by post or by e-mail.
  • Tell your story to Care Opinion.
  • E-mail, write or ring and just let us know what you think.

We also respect your right to make a complaint if you're unhappy with any aspect of our service. You can find our Complaints and Compliments policies below.


Care Opinion

ASC works in partnership with Care Opinion, a portal where anyone can share stories about the service they have received from us.

Sharing your story about Advocacy Support Cymru can help us to make our services better. You can share your story whether it’s good or bad - both are important.

We're asking Care Opinion to hear your story for us because:

  • Care Opinion is entirely confidential. Although we will hear what you say, we don't know who said it. So you can feel comfortable with saying exactly what you want.
  • What you say will be shared on the Care Opinion website. Other people can see what you thought of the service and ASC can use your feedback to improve services. This is done without revealing your contact details.
  • If you do not want anyone to know who you are, we advise that you avoid putting identifying details in your feedback.
