It is vital for us to know what people think about the Advocacy that ASC provides. By listening and responding to feedback, we are able to improve. We have a few ways you can respond.
Care Opinion is a great portal for receiving and seeing the feedback from service users and professionals.
Should you prefer, you can respond to us directly by completing our ASC online Evaluation Form and click Submit at the end. It only takes a couple of minutes - we thank you in advance.
Making a complaint
We also respect your right to make a complaint if you're unhappy with any aspect of our service. You can find our Complaints and Compliments policies below.
ASC works in partnership with Care Opinion, a portal where anyone can share stories about the service they have received from us.
Sharing your story about Advocacy Support Cymru can help us to make our services better. You can share your story whether it’s good or bad - both are important.

Post:
Ask us for a leaflet, there is room on the leaflet for you to write or draw your story. You can then seal it and put it in the post to Care Opinion (no stamp needed).
